"Fox Triangle Monument"
Artist: George Johnston +
Denise Dumais
The Fox Triangle Monument commemorates the convergence of several of Atlanta’s historic trolley paths that once transported riders to and from downtown Atlanta. Both the steel cables suspended overhead and the steel rail embedded in the pavement mark the path of the trolley. Its street routes are represented on bronze markers embedded in the sidewalk beginning with Ponce de Leon Avenue and continuing on to Lakeview, Kennesaw, Boulevard, Jackson, Hunt, Durant, Bedford, Myrtle, Piedmont, and ending with Juniper Avenue.
