41 || "The Flare across America" in Georgia International Plaza
In March of 1994 the Georgia General Assembly approved $28 million to build a six acre park atop a 1,000 space parking lot. The park was designed by Leslie Design Associates, Inc and it serves as a central axis point for the Georgia World Congress Center, The Georgia Dome and the Philips Arena.
